Brian T. Fitzpatrick, Chief Executive Officer
Brian brings 16 years of experience running formulating and contract manufacturing companies to Bentley Laboratories. Since Brian acquired the company in 2002 Bentley has grown by more than 400%. Under his leadership Bentley has established itself as one of the premier companies in the industry. Brian shares his passion as an entrepreneur through his adjunct professor position in the graduate program at Seton Hall University’s Stillman School of Business where he teaches in the Entrepreneurial Studies Program.
Greg Torchiana, President
Greg joined Bentley in May of 2014 to further accelerate the achievement of the company’s aggressive growth goals and expanded operational capabilities. He brings both Fortune 100 and mid-size company leadership experience, with a balance of global business and manufacturing/operations management successes in his prior roles. Most recently, Greg was President & CEO of Presperse Corporation, a specialty ingredients supplier to the personal care industry. Greg’s educational background includes a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MBA, earning both degrees from Villanova University.
Suhnoon Adam, Chief Technology Officer
Suhnoon has more than 30 years of experience in personal and health care product development and applied biotechnology research. Expertise gained in prior positions at prestigious personal care brands provides Bentley customers with the broad-based formulating experience they seek. Whether the formula is for skin care, hair care, bath and body or hot fill, Suhnoon’s knowledge of technologies and ingredients can be counted on to deliver the unique results that Bentley customers want.
Kathy Fitzpatrick, Vice President, Business Development
Kathy’s in-depth product knowledge and market savvy offers Bentley customers a keen insight into trends and markets. In her nine years at Bentley, Kathy has successfully managed the launches of over 200 new products and 48 new product lines for our customers. Her understanding of technologies and ingredients and their potential as products serves as a valuable resource to Bentley customers and a consistent flow of product ideas.
John Kovacevich, Vice President, Operations
John has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management servicing customers in both the personal care and medical device industries. His diverse engineering background in process manufacturing supports Bentley’s commitment to meeting and exceeding customer production requirements and timelines. John’s is committed to maintaining the highest standards of process control and continuous improvement. This dedication enhances Bentley’s production flexibility while ensuring the best quality products for our customers.
Ann Marie Hansen, Vice President, Finance
Ann Marie oversees accounting, finance and human resources. She has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of management positions at private and public companies. Ann Marie has worked with high growth manufacturing companies and brings a wide range of experience that complements the Bentley organization. Ann Marie is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. Peter’s College and has an M.B.A from Rutgers University.
